Arabs have spotted flying saucers over the capital city of Tehran. There have been "dozens of sightings in the last few days." If I were a true conspiracy theorist I would say that President Bush has commissioned aliens to spy on Iran's covert nuclear program. They have given up on using unmanned aircraft due to costs and have begun outsourcing to different planets.
