Tepid Sense of an Intrepid Destiny

You won't find any links about this on CNN, Drudge, Yahoo!, etc., they are sugar coating it like it's got only to do with the G8 conference... but it seems that the way Bush and his administration are saving face and proving that they actually have a "humble foreign policy" is by forgiving billions of dollars in foreign debt from impoverished nations in order to garner full support for recognition of the new Iraqi governing body. The Iraqi's need to have legitimacy in the eyes of the world, and they can only do so with the full cooperation of the complete Security Council in the United Nations. Bush has singlehandedly, and quietly, admitted errors in unilateralism by accepting a plan he explicity disliked. Talk about a flip flop. In exchange for this architecture by Britain, Bush will support Englands plan for peace in the Middle East.
